Wrote back again, stating I wanted to return the product for a full refund. They finally sent an RMA# and I returned the product. This was two months ago and they just keep screwing around. Now they’re telling me they never received the product back.

I am 66 years old and I have used two jars of this cream. I sadly have not noticed any change at all…what? That was 3 jars of not cheap and nothing? I feel messed with. I imagine it would help someone younger but if you are ‘aging here’. I’m 44 and always fighting aging. I’ve tried every cream known to woman (speaking in the hyperbole of course). I was skeptical because so many things promise and then suck your wallet dry and don’t deliver. Within a month or two, my lower face and under-eye sagging that really bothered me was actually improving.
